Servicing
The quality of the Hypercom brand combined with Eftpos
Technologies Ltd superior service levels delivers protection to
both yourself and your clients. We have arranged with ETSL,
the Eftpos network, to supply a 24 hour 7 day a week
helpdesk for all our customers. As most service issues can
be fixed over the phone, this option minimises down time and
call out costs. If however a hardware issue requires
servicing, we will have a new terminal out to you asap. We
also have service agents throughout the country.
